Eight years ago we began our Chicken venture with six Rhode Island Red Pullets. Over the years our numbers reached the fifty's but as of now our chicken population is dwindling as we move on with larger projects that require more of our attention.

Kadatche the Black Rose
On Mother's day 2009, 19 chicks came to live with us. New Hampshire Red's, Black Sexlinks, Barred Rocks, and Buff Orpington's. We missed our farm fresh eggs and chickens too much to stay away from the business for long:)
Our "chicks" are now grown into chickens and providing us with around 6-9 eggs a day, despite the winter season.
